Businesses, especially care companies are process-driven and processes are fuelled by forms! And that is why we are extremely excited about our new update which includes:
- Form Builder: Form builder is one of the most requested features from our customers. That is why we made it our priority to build it in our care management software. This will enable our customers to easily create a form and make it available within clients’ or carers’ accounts or simply for administrative purposes. To make things even better, customers may enable the matrix generation feature to automatically display the data collected and allow its download as an excel spreadsheet. This will significantly reduce the amount of time needed for data administration and collection.
- Urine Output Report: Care Workers can now report on a client's urine output in addition to bowel movement, fluid intake, and other reports! The Admin Team will then be able to generate a fluid chart using all of the fluid inputs and outputs.
- Commenting on Service Reports: Many of the care providers that use Careberry have asked to be allowed to remark on the notes that the carers have written. As a result, Careberry now has that feature. The admin team can now leave comments on the Service Reports to document any actions that may have been taken.
- Notifications for Delay in Departing, Starting, and Ending: To inform system users of various changes, Careberry creates a variety of alerts. For instance, family members of the person being cared for can be informed when a visit begins. We have included the capability to inform caregivers if they fail to leave for a visit in the most recent version. Additionally, managers will be made aware of the delay, allowing them to take appropriate measures to prevent missed visits. If a care call goes past its planned time, the office staff will also be informed.
Additional enhancements, including a fascinating new feature that will revolutionise the way care calls are scheduled, are planned for the near future. So keep in contact and keep an eye on this site!
