We believe it's crucial for care providers to allow third parties to view the information of individuals receiving care and support through their service. That's why we've taken it a step further to improve our third-party access.
With our recent updates, providers can now electronically obtain consent from account holders and require those granted access to sign a confidentiality statement. We've also made it possible for providers to customize their own confidentiality and consent statements if needed. Additionally, we've introduced permission levels for third-party access, enabling contributions such as suggestions and information editing. This is particularly helpful when using an external reviewer to assess care plans or conduct mock inspections.
